Latest feedback to July 2012

Okay, in the mad summer, I  have been sidetracked with Olympification (see my other blog: mynotesfromtheedge.blogspot.com) and 11-Plusification (please, Universe, bless us with a good school for my kid, I promise to meditate every day...) and have somewhat neglected my lovely Sing and Sign blog.

So here are the latest exerpts from emails I have received. I have to go upstairs and hunt for the cards I received - I have put them away in a Special Place that is so special I may have forgotten where it is - so they will be added at a later time/ date. Im sorry if some of these are repeated. I will double check after I have posted this and go back and edit if I find they are...

such an amazing stage of their lives where thanks to you and Jessie they are managing to express themselves through signs with no frustration
Thank you so much for everything!
Also, if you have the bedtime and potty books to sell I would love to get them, as it will help me on the plane when I go on holidays for X-mas!!! It is better than calpol!!!
Thank you and see you on Sat!!
Kind regards,
Fabiana

Hi Angelina,
I am not sure that you will remember me and my son Lucas, we came to you in Stanmore over 3 years ago and left when we moved to Australia. Out of all the classes we have done, even here in Oz your was definately the best. You have a natural talent and I even thought you were better than the lady on the DVD.  It's good to see that you are still having such success although I am not surprised.  I still talk about your classes and recommend Sing and Sign to friends with younger children.

With best wishes,
Sehar

My daughter Estella and I came to your class in Ricky about 2 years ago.  You may remember her because she used to cry when we sang "3 little monkeys bouncing on the bed" about them hurting their heads!!  Also her first proper sign was "naughty" when reading Peter Rabbit!!  She was a bright little thing back then and she still is now.  She has the vocab of a 6 year old (she's 3.5)  and is learning Spanish as well.  What a great start Signing gave her!!

And more news is that we now also have a little son, Sebastian.  He's nearly 8 months old, and I have done a basic signing class locally which has come to an end, but it was no-where near as great as your classes were.  So I looked to see if there were any of your classes closer to home (we just moved to Tring) but it seems that Ricky is still the nearest (and it isn't very near!!)  I just wanted to write and ask if there's any chance more classes have come to Herts that just aren't on your website?! Or if you'd consider coming to Tring / Berko / Ayelsbury?

Let me know if there's any chance I can tempt you this way.

Hope you and your family are well

Debbie

The girls were all excited when I mentioned yours and Jessie's names.
On Saturday we had a little party to celebrate their birthday and at a certain point we started talking about sing and sing and there were only good comments about it!! well done!
I also voted for you in the Netmums website and I was very happy to see that your classes are well ahead of the others.
Thank you once again for the kind wishes  and good luck with the voting!! I do hope that you win as you deserve it!!

Dear Angelina,

I don't know if you'll remember me (not very memorable!!!), I came to your class at Sacred Heart in 2010 with my little boy Joseph.  He's now 2 and a half (and his language is fab)and has a little sister, Elsa who is about to turn 6 months and she's been eagerly waiting to be the right age to come to your classes (she loves the nappy changing song and I'm hoping the lullaby song will weave the same magic it did with Joe!) I have a question...... I live near Bushey station so Sacred Heart is by far my nearest class but I have Joe as well as Elsa on a Thursday.  Do you allow older kids to come to the class?  If not I could try and make it to the Stanmore one?

Look forward to hearing from you,

Sarah

Hi Angelina,
I hope you're well. Just a quick note to let you know that I've paid for our Sing & Sign course just now. Really looking forward to starting Sing & Sign with my little boy, Zach. Lola absolutely loved it so I hope he feels the same!
Take care and see you in September

I would like to enroll Andreas for the Friday 10:30am session in Harrow - I attended your classes with my little girl (who is now 5) some years ago at the same venue and we had lots of fun! Please could you email me the joining form and hoping you have availability for us.
