Hello,

Just voted for you all the way from Sydney! We miss your fun classes and haven't found anything as good over here so if you ever fancy a sabbatical! You still need a few more votes as it looks like you are currently a close second and we all know you should be first!

Lots of love and sunshine.

Hi Angelina,
Funny to get this email as I was meaning to get on touch with you.
My daughter Estella and I came to your class in Ricky about 2 years ago.  You may remember her because she used to cry when we sang "3 little monkeys bouncing on the bed" about them hurting their heads!!  Also her first proper sign was "naughty" when reading Peter Rabbit!!  She was a bright little thing back then and she still is now.  She has the vocab of a 6 year old (she's 3.5)  and is learning Spanish as well.  What a great start Signing gave her!!

And more news is that we now also have a little son, Sebastian.  He's nearly 8 months old, and I have done a basic signing class locally which has come to an end, but it was no-where near as great as your classes were.  So I looked to see if there were any of your classes closer to home (we just moved to Tring) but it seems that Ricky is still the nearest (and it isn't very near!!)  I just wanted to write and ask if there's any chance more classes have come to Herts that just aren't on your website?! Or if you'd consider coming to Tring / Berko / Ayelsbury?

Let me know if there's any chance I can tempt you this way.

Hope you and your family are well

Debbie
Hello Ms Madness, always a pleasure to hear from you!  Voting is all done for you.  Would you believe that Libby is 7 years old tomorrow (she still loves the sing and sign DVD though obviously!).  My Tia is well, hope yours is too.

Much love

Hi Angelina,

I am not sure that you will remember me and my son Lucas, we came to you in Stanmore over 3 years ago and left when we moved to Australia. Out of all the classes we have done, even here in Oz your was definately the best. You have a natural talent and I even thought you were better than the lady on the DVD.  It's good to see that you are still having such success although I am not surprised.  I still talk about your classes and recommend Sing and Sign to friends with younger children (mostly not in the right area though).

I have put in my vote.

With best wishes,
Sehar
Just wanted to say a belated thank you for meeting me so that I could collect Jessie. Alexia adores her and takes her everywhere.
I must commend you on a brilliant class
Angelina

Thank you for having Noori and I at the sing and sign class on Friday- it was really really good fun and I've been doing the signs all weekend.
Hi Angelina

Hope you are well and have had a good BH weekend.  I've been meaning to write something for you since our last class so here it is (below) - soz its taken an age.  Xander is doing great. He spends two days a week with his grandparents now (my inlaws) so they are being driven bonkers by the Christmas S&S DVD instead! Everyone thinks he's so cute when he says please and thankyou in signs, & sorry (and of course I love my daily 'I love you's'!!!) Thankyou so much for the classes. You're made for it - dont ever leave!!!  I'm still looking for a replacement mid week activity but I don't think anything is going to measure up!

Angelina's classes are fantastic! I would sit at work on a stressful day imagining myself and Xander in the class singing and signing away to keep myself sane. It became a kind of focal point in the week for me between the adult, and stressful world of work, and the fun, bonkers world of toddlers and signing.  Angelina is really enthusiastic, really friendly and with oodles of energy and positivity, perfect for this kind of class.  She's also full of fab 'top tips' for parenting so you come away not only armed with a way of communicating with your little one, but a toolkit of useful techniques.  Signing has helped Xander to be a really happy kid as he could be understood before he could speak.  His signs help us to know what he means now that he is trying lots of new words even when he's not very clear. Apparently he even started his own little signing revolution at nursery; other kids in his room picked up some of his signs! And like so many other mums have found, the 'I love you' sign is adorable.

take care you!

Helena
Thank you so much, I really appreciate that. We are all dealing with chicken pox and a tummy bug at moment but I will get on line and pay ASAP. I will need the DVD! The only thing which keeps Findlay still while being changed is the nappy song and the older two keep singing Lullaby to him! Can't wait to see you...:-)..xx
Hi Angelina,

I used to come to your classes on a Friday with my daughter Dharshini
and now I'd like to join your Tuesday class in Ricky at 11.30 with my
son!

Can we try a taster session this term and then sign up for the next
term? Let me know if I should bring in the payment for next term to
the taster session.

Many thanks
Sujan

Hello Angelina,

I did sing n sign for my daughter Zahra in Bushey, now she is nearly 5. She enjoyed it it and she did use to communicate with some of the signs so I loved it. Now, my son is 9 months and as I can, see you still have some spaces on Saturday's in Harrow for stage 1, and if they are still available I would like to put his name on for the summer time.
He has been watching the dvd for nearly 3 months now and loves it, totally engrossed for half n hour and gives me some time to do this ( emails n surfing) or cooking. My daughter sings the songs for him and she gets more excited to watch or hear whenever I put it on.

Please let me know.

Many thanks

Nilofer Allana
Yes it was, sorry about that. She is missing you and Jessie very much! Thank goodness for the dvds!
Take care,
Leanne and Maya. X
Angelina, had to tell you that verity opened Jessie today and she is over the moon. Spent most of the day combing her ears, blow drying her fur and clipping her nails. Lucky Jessie. Still no sign of Hobo Jessie. She's well & truly lost to the streets, I fear!

Xx
Victoria (and verity, and jessie, and myles, who is home sick today)

I don't know how long we would cope without a weekly dose of Sing and Sign!
Hi Angelina
I came to your singing and signing classes with my son Finley Smith a few years ago in Mill End and have recently had twins. I would like to be put on the waiting list for the 9.30 am class in Mill End beginning in September for both of them please. There names are Hxxx and Pxxxx and they were born on xxxx.
Hope this is ok.
Many thanks
Lucy Smith

Hello!

We are well, and have settled in well. I have gone back to work full-time and Krish has started nursery. - What a shock to the system.

I really miss your classes and your ethusiasm. Just so you know, Krish still remembers Jessie the cat and the peekaboo song - We sing it all the time :-)

All the best xoxoxo
Hi angelina,

How are you? I wrote to you before but not sure if you received it or not but would really like to be put my new baby on the wait list for stage 1 at 10.30 in Ricky. I can't believe i missed out on registering for it! I'm so annoyed with myself. Anyway, that's the only one I can do as I have to collect Bo and Malachy from their respective nurseries. So if a space comes up let me know and Rex (boy aged 6m on 6th may) and I will be there with bells on. Otherwise can u put our names down for the next 10.30 class next term? Just for your info, I went through your site to wait list before (same time that I sent the last email) but I'm not sure it worked cos I got no response. Was I supposed to?!?

Anyway, this is Julie Miller mum to Bo and Mal hoping a space will come up at some time so Rex can experience the joy that is Sing and Sign with Angelina, as his brother and sister did before him! Is that enough sucking up?!

Hope you're well!

Julie....xx
Hi jessie please can you pass this message on to Angelina..

Hi it's Sam mother of tabitha taylor, we came to you in Bushey, finished stage 2 last year.. We have a new addition to the family and we obviously want to bring them, but as we have done 2 terms of stage 1 and 2 stage 2, we was wondering is it possible that we can do one stage 1 and then go straight to do one stage 2? Is that possible? As we always have sing and sign on the DVD machine, and we have already started using makaton with the baby, so I would practise at home?? Thanks

Hello Angelina and Jessie!

Hope you both had a wonderful Easter too. We 'relaxed' painting and planting in the garden. Zakariyah helped us by digging up the bulbs and putting them where he wanted instead so the summer garden could look interesting!!

We have voted now so fingers crossed! It definitely deserves an award and so do you. Yours has been the best class, thing, event we have taken Zakariyah to. He signs a lot, eat, drink, finished, no, park, slide, milk, biscuits...baby brain is preventing me from remembering any more. He is also talking along with his signs which helps us all, especially as he is using some Algerian words (he could be saying 'mummy smells' for all I know!)

I have found your 'methods' entertainingly brilliant and wouldn't have it any other way so tell Jessie to lay those rumours to rest! Very nervous about starting the next class with a stranger! Will be crawling back to you most probably with the next little monster I spawn if you'll have me!!

All the best for the next term
